G.729.1 General Licensing Terms and Conditions
For the benefit of licensees, the licensors are pleased to announce that the 15% discount is now extended to all licensees signing a G.729.1 patent pool license agreement before December 31, 2009. For more details, please contact us. |
The G.729.1 licensors are : Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, France Telecom SA, Koninklijke KPN N.V, Ltd, Mindspeed Technologies, Inc, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, NTT DOCOMO, Inc., Panasonic Corporation, Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Toshiba Corporation and VoiceAge Corporation
All Prices are in US dollars
Initial Fee: $7,500
The initial fee is for administrative purposes only and does not include any number of channels.
License fee per channel: $0.99
Minimum annual license fee: $5,000
The minimum annual license fee is applicable on the anniversary date of the agreement and every year thereafter until the agreement expires.
